Common Shares Of Beneficial Interest	Common Shares of Beneficial Interest The dividend rate per share for our common shares for each quarter of 2012 and 2011 was $.290 and $.275, respectively. Subsequent to December 31, 2012, our Board of Trust Managers approved an increase to our quarterly dividend rate to $.305 per share.
