Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.

As part of an overall reorganization of the Registrant’s business management structure, the Registrant announced that Joseph N. Seibert will be leaving the employ of the Registrant. Mr. Seibert has served as Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer of the Registrant since February 2003. The Registrant has been actively engaged in a search for a new Chief Information Officer. In the interim, Russell Cherry, Vice President, Product Development, and Rick Bunker, Vice President, Chief Technology Officer, will manage the Registrant’s technology organization and report directly to Robert Blyskal, Co-President and COO of the Registrant.
