Subsequent Event	(17) Subsequent Event On February 3, 2012 the Company acquired Milwaukee Gear Company, a manufacturer of engineering components for oil and gas and other applications, for cash consideration of $83.8 million. Due to the date of the acquisition, the initial accounting is note complete.
