Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On May 6, 2024, Regal Rexnord Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2024. A copy is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.
Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
The Company will hold a conference call at 9:00 a.m. CT on May 7, 2024 to discuss its financial results for its first quarter ended March 31, 2024 and will provide a presentation in connection therewith.
