| EARNINGS PER SHARE | EARNINGS PER SHARE Diluted earnings per share is calculated based upon earnings applicable to common shares divided by the weighted-average number of common shares outstanding during the period adjusted for the effect of other dilutive securities. The amount of the anti-dilutive shares were 0.3 million and 0.5 million for the three months ended September 26, 2020 and September 28, 2019, respectively. The amount of the anti-dilutive shares were 0.4 million and 0.4 million for the nine months ended September 26, 2020 and September 28, 2019, respectively.
