Subsequent Event	SUBSEQUENT EVENT On April 28, 2016 the Company entered into an agreement to sell its Mastergear Worldwide ("Mastergear") business to Rotork PLC for $25.0 million. The sale is expected to close in the second quarter of 2016. Mastergear is included in the Company's Power Transmission Solutions segment.
