Subsequent Event	Subsequent Event On January 18, 2016, the Company purchased the remaining shares owned by the noncontrolling interest in its Elco Group B.V. (“Elco”) joint venture increasing the Company’s ownership from 55.0% to 100.0% for $18.5 million. The Company consolidates the results of Elco into the Company's consolidated financial statements in the Climate Solutions Segment.
