Related Party Transactions	(15) Related Party Transactions As part of the consideration paid for the acquisition of Elco on November 1, 2010, the Company assumed $22.3 million payable to an entity that is affiliated with its Elco Group B.V. joint venture partner resulting from a bankruptcy proceeding involving Elco. A total of $10.5 million was paid during 2012 representing the final payments to the affiliate.
