Subsequent Events	16. SUBSEQUENT EVENT On July 9, 2013, the Company announced its decision to cease operations in its Springfield, Missouri manufacturing facility which employs approximately 330 employees. This plant restructuring will transfer the manufacturing of motors and components to other Company facilities in the U.S. and Mexico over the next 18 months. The Company expects to incur approximately $12.9 million in restructuring expenses associated with the transition.
