Stock Repurchase Activity

In January 2016, the Company's Board of Directors authorized an increase to the existing share repurchase program to 15.0 million shares of common stock. There were no repurchases of common stock during the fiscal years ended March 31, 2020, 2019 and 2018, respectively. There is no expiration date associated with this repurchase program. As of March 31, 2020, approximately 13.1 million shares remained as treasury shares with the balance of the shares being used to fund share issuance requirements under the Company's equity incentive plans.
