Dividends

Dividends A quarterly cash dividend of $0.3665 per share was paid on December 5, 2019 in the aggregate amount of $87.7 million.  A quarterly cash dividend of $0.3670 per share was declared on February 4, 2020 and will be paid on March 6, 2020 to stockholders of record as of February 21, 2020. The Company expects the March 2020 payment of its quarterly cash dividend to be approximately $88.0 million.
