Dividends

A quarterly cash dividend of $0.3620 per share was paid on September 5, 2017 in the aggregate amount of $84.5 million.  Through the first six months of fiscal 2018, cash dividends of $0.7235 per share have been paid in the aggregate amount of $167.4 million. A quarterly cash dividend of $0.3625 per share was declared on November 6, 2017 and will be paid on December 5, 2017 to stockholders of record as of November 21, 2017. The Company expects the December 2017 payment of its quarterly cash dividend to be approximately $84.8 million.
