Dividends

A quarterly cash dividend of $0.3605 per share was paid on December 5, 2016 in the aggregate amount of $78.0 million.  Through the first nine months of fiscal 2017, cash dividends of $1.08 per share have been paid in the aggregate amount of $232.9 million. A quarterly cash dividend of $0.3610 per share was declared on February 7, 2017 and will be paid on March 7, 2017 to stockholders of record as of February 21, 2017. The Company expects the March payment of its quarterly cash dividend to be approximately $78.3 million.
