Special charges	Special Charges The Company incurred special charges related to severance, office closing and other costs associated with its acquisition activity of $1.0 million and $2.1 million for the three and nine months ended December 31, 2014, respectively, and $0.8 million and $2.5 million for the three and nine months ended December 31, 2013, respectively.
