INVESTMENT PROPERTIES	3. INVESTMENT PROPERTIES: The total cost of the Properties includes the original purchase price plus acquisition fees and other capitalized costs paid to an affiliate of the former general partners of the Partnership. DIVALL INSURED INCOME PROPERTIES 2 LIMITED PARTNERSHIP NOTES TO FINANCIAL STATEMENTS DECEMBER 31, 2023 AND 2022 As of December 31, 2023, the Partnership owned three Properties, all of which contained fully constructed Wendy’s restaurants. The Properties are all located in South Carolina and are included in Properties held for sale.

The entire disclosure for certain real estate investment financial statements, real estate investment trust operating support agreements, real estate owned, retail land sales, time share transactions, as well as other real estate related disclosures.
