FORMER GENERAL PARTNERS' CAPITAL ACCOUNTS	10. FORMER GENERAL PARTNERS’ CAPITAL ACCOUNTS: The capital account balance of the former general partners as of May 26, 1993, the date of their removal as general partners pursuant to the results of a solicitation of written consents from the Limited Partners, was a deficit of $840,229. At December 31, 1993, the former general partners’ deficit capital account balance in the amount of $840,229 was reallocated to the Limited Partners.
