Subsequent Events	Note 13. Subsequent Events We entered into a contract for a sale leaseback transaction with an unrelated third party effective January 25, 2012 related to one company-owned restaurant in Firestone, Colorado, subject to certain buyer contingencies. We also signed a letter of intent with an unrelated third party on February 1, 2012 for the sale of one company-owned restaurant, subject to certain buyer contingencies. Neither transaction will result in significant gains or losses.
