RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS As of July 31, 2013 and 2012, the Trust had notes receivable agreements with Rare Earth Financial, an affiliate of Mr. Wirth. The notes bear interest at 7.0% per annum and are interest only quarterly payments. On July 31, 2013 and 2012, the balance of the notes was $25,000 and $244,573, respectively. As of July 31, 2013 and 2012, Mr. Wirth and his affiliates held 3,407,938 Class B limited partnership units in the Partnership. As of July 31, 2013 and 2012, Mr. Wirth and his affiliates held 5,573,624 Shares of Beneficial Interest of the Trust.
