New $50 Million Share Repurchase Authorization

TULSA, OK, June 4, 2024 – AAON, Inc. (NASDAQ: AAON) (“AAON” or the “Company”), today announced that its Board of Directors has approved a new $50.0 million share repurchase authorization. Repurchases will be made in accordance with one or more pre-arranged stock repurchase plans adopted by the Company pursuant to the guidelines specified under Rule 10b-18 or Rule 10b5-1 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended. The actual timing, number and value of shares repurchased will depend on market conditions, share price, trading volume, and other factors.
