Related Party Transactions	5. Related Party Transactions During the three months ended June 30, 2022 and 2021, our chief financial officer was affiliated with legal counsel who provided us with general legal services (the “Affiliate”). We recorded legal fees paid to the Affiliate of $58,058 and $24,160 for the three months ended June 30, 2022 and 2021, respectively. As of June 30, 2022 and March 31, 2022, we had $47,679 and $11,277, respectively, payable to the Affiliate.
