Effective August 13, 2004 the above-referenced Funds' Class I shares will be renamed Institutional Class. The following replaces the two paragraphs in each Fund's Statement of Additional Information under "Purchase and Redemption of Shares -- Purchases of Class I Shares": Purchase of Institutional Class Shares. Information on how to buy Institutional Class shares is set forth in the section entitled "Buying and Selling Shares" in the Fund's prospectus. The following supplements that information. The minimum initial investment for Institutional Class shares is $1,000,000. There is no minimum subsequent investment requirement for the Institutional Class shares. This minimum amount may be changed at any time in management's discretion. Investors may invest in Institutional Class shares by setting up an account directly with a Fund's transfer agent or through an authorized service agent. Investors who establish shareholder accounts directly with the Fund's transfer agent should submit purchase and redemption orders as described in the prospectus. Additionally, the Fund has authorized brokers to accept purchase and redemption orders for Institutional Class shares, as well as Class A, B and C shares of the Fund. Brokers, including authorized brokers of service organizations, are, in turn, authorized to designate other intermediaries to accept purchase and redemption orders on the Fund's behalf. Investors who invest through brokers, service organizations or their designated intermediaries may be subject to minimums established by their broker, service organization or designated intermediary. Investors who invest through authorized brokers, service organizations or their designated intermediaries should submit purchase and redemption orders directly to their broker, service organization or designated intermediary. The broker or intermediary may charge you a transaction fee. The Fund will be deemed to have received a purchase or redemption order when an authorized broker, service organization or, if applicable, an authorized designee, accepts the order. Shares of the Fund may be purchased or redeemed on any Business Day at the net asset value next determined after receipt of the order, in good order, by the Fund's transfer agent.
