401(k) Profit Sharing Plan	7. 401(k) Profit Sharing Plan During 2011, the Company adopted a Profit Sharing Plan that qualifies under Section 401(k) of the Internal Revenue Code. Contributions to the plan are at the Company’s discretion. The Company did not make any matching contributions during the three months ended March 31, 2014 or March 31, 2013.
