     (b) EOG Resources, Inc. (EOG) recently established a new office in San Antonio, Texas. Robert K. Garrison, EOG’s Executive Vice President, Exploration, has been appointed to serve as the Executive Vice President and General Manager of this new office, effective May 11, 2010. As a result of this change in Mr. Garrison’s duties and responsibilities, EOG has determined that Mr. Garrison is no longer a “named executive officer” of EOG for purposes of Regulation S-K, effective May 11, 2010.
