NOTES PAYABLE	NOTE 12 - NOTES PAYABLE A notes payable in the amount of $38,000 was advanced by a related party. This note has been repaid in full as of June 15, 2012. The interest expense for the three months ending January 31, 2013 and 2012 is none and $285, respectively. The interest expense for the nine months ending January 31, 2013 and 2012 is $1,735 and $285, respectively.
