LEASE OBLIGATIONS	NOTE 8 - LEASE OBLIGATIONS The total rent and lease expense was none and $6,785 for the three months ended January 31, 2013 and 2012, respectively. The total rent and lease expense was $11,923 and $8,006 for the nine months ended January 31, 2013 and 2012, respectively. On November 1, 2012, we entered into a 12-month lease for 135 square feet of office space. The rent is approximately $471 per month.

NOTE 8 - LEASE OBLIGATIONS
