Operating Lease	NOTE 7 – OPERATING LEASE On July 1, 2014, we entered into a month to month lease for office space at location 4640 Admiralty Way, Marina del Rey, California, 90292. The rent is $199 per month. The total rent and lease expense was $2,190 and $2,190 for the years ended April 30, 2017 and 2016, respectively.
