Subsequent Events [Text Block]	SUBSEQUENT EVENT On October 11, 2011, the Board of Directors of the Company approved, subject to shareholder approval, an amendment to the Company's employee stock purchase plan, mainly to extend its term and without increasing the number of shares reserved under the plan, because the existing plan was scheduled to expire by its own terms in October 2011. The amendment does not affect the rights of participating employees under the existing plan's current offering period, and the amended plan will not become effective until and unless it is approved by the Company's shareholders.
