The following table sets forth the computation of earnings per share for the periods indicated. Weighted average shares issuable upon the exercises of stock options and the release of performance and restricted shares not included in the calculation were approximately 368,000 and 232,000 for the three months ended September 30, 2016 and 2015, respectively, because they were anti-dilutive.
