AMPHENOL ANNOUNCES

SECOND QUARTER 2009 DIVIDEND PAYMENT

Wallingford, Connecticut.  June 2, 2009.  Amphenol Corporation (NYSE-APH) confirmed today that its Board of Directors approved a continuing quarterly dividend on its Common Stock in the amount of $.015 per share at its meeting held on April 23, 2009.  The Company will pay its second quarter dividend for 2009 on or about July 1, 2009 to shareholders of record as of June 10, 2009.
