Subsequent Event	(14) Subsequent Events On January 28, 2016, the Company declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.125 (12.5 cents) per share on the Company’s common stock. This dividend is payable on March 18, 2016 to shareholders of record at the close of business on February 26, 2016.
