Subsequent Event	(13) Subsequent Event On January 29, 2015, the Company declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.125 (12.5 cents) per share on the Company's common stock. This dividend is payable on March 19, 2015 to shareholders of record at the close of business on February 27, 2015.
