Item 8.01 Other Events

The Form 8-K filed on April 19, 2019 is hereby amended and restated as follows:

“On April 15, 2019, Li Cho Fu resigned as Chairman of the Audit Committee of Sharing Economy International Inc. (the “Company”) with immediate effect. Mr. Fu will continue to serve as an independent director of the Company. On that same day, Ying Ying Wong was appointed as the Chairwoman of the Audit Committee. Ms. Wong is a current director of the Company and is a director of World Sharing Economy Coalition which promotes global sharing economic development. Ms. Wong has over ten years of experience in banking and financial services with China Construction Bank (Asia) Corporation Limited and Standard Chartered Bank in Hong Kong. Ms. Wong was nominated as the Chairwoman of the Audit Committee because her banking and finance experience is important for the future development of the Company.”
