NOTE 4 – ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE

At December 31, 2018 and 2017, accounts receivable consisted of the following:

The Company reviews the accounts receivable on a periodic basis and makes general and specific allowances when there is doubt as to the collectability of individual balances. For the years ended December 31, 2018 and 2017, bad debt expense amounted to $1,920,490 and $6,473,838, respectively.
