Completion of Acquisition or Disposition of Assets.

On March 8, 2018, Sharing Economy International Inc. (the “Company”) closed a private placement with Chi Hung Leung, pursuant to which the investor purchased an aggregate of 69,676 shares of the Company’s common stock at a purchase price of $3.68 per share.
