On April 7, 2017, the Company issued a press release announcing that the Company received notice from The NASDAQ Stock Market that it has regained compliance with the Nasdaq Marketplace Rule 5550(a)(2) which requires that a Nasdaq listed company maintain a bid price of at least $1.00.

Cleantech Solutions International Regains Compliance with NASDAQ Minimum Bid Price Listing Requirement
Wuxi, Jiangsu Province, China – April 7, 2017 – Cleantech Solutions International, Inc. (“Cleantech Solutions” or “the Company”) (NASDAQ: CLNT) today announced that it received a letter from The NASDAQ Stock Market LLC (“Nasdaq”) notifying the Company that it has regained compliance with the Nasdaq Capital Market's minimum bid price continued listing requirement. The letter noted that, as of April 5, 2017, the Company evidenced a closing bid price of its common stock in excess of the $1.00 minimum requirement for the last 10 consecutive trading days. Accordingly, Nasdaq advised the Company that the Company has regained compliance with Nasdaq Marketplace Rule 5550(a)(2).
