Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On May 15, 2009, China Wind Systems, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), announced its results of operations for the first quarter ended March 31, 2009. A copy of the Company’s May 15, 2009 press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
