Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On April 9, 2008, China Wind Systems, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), announced its results of operations for the fourth quarter and fiscal year ended December 31, 2007. A copy of the related press release is being filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference in its entirety. The earnings release contains non-GAAP financial measures.
