Income Taxes	16. Income Taxes Our effective income tax rate for the first six months ended June 30, 2015 and 2014 was 30.9% and 26.7%, respectively. The rates varied from the statutory tax rate primarily due to the amount of tax exempt income in relation to pre-tax income.
