On March 1, 2010, James H. Reynolds resigned as Vice President – Corporate Controller, Chief Accounting Officer in order to pursue other opportunities. Mr. Reynolds’ decision to resign did not arise or result from any disagreement with the Company on any matters relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices. Mr. Reynolds will continue to provide services to the Company during a two-month transition period.

The Company’s Senior Vice President Finance, Chief Financial Officer and Secretary, Dawn H. Bertsche, assumed the duties of the Chief Accounting Officer on March 1, 2010.
