On October 6, 2010, Accuride Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release related to a conversion offer for all of the Company’s 7.5 percent Senior Convertible Notes due 2020, a 1-for-10 reverse stock split of the Company’s common stock and other transactions described therein, a copy of which is filed as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and incorporated by reference herein.
