Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers.

Elizabeth I. Hamme, Accuride Corporation’s (the “Company’s”) Senior Vice President / Labor and Employment Affairs, has announced that she plans to retire from the Company, effective May 31, 2008. Ms. Hamme had previously served as the the Company’s Senior Vice President / Human Resources through mid-February 2008, when she transitioned leadership of the Company’s Human Resources function to James Maniatis.
