Item 1.01.                                          Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement

On July 12, 2006, Accuride Corporation entered into a lease agreement with RN Realty for property in Denton, TX. The term of the lease is 72 months, commencing August 1, 2006. A copy of the lease is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
