        On April 29, 2005, Accuride Corporation issued the press release attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1, announcing that Gunite Corporation, a subsidiary of Accuride Corporation, entered into a new collective bargaining agreement. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
