Subsequent Events	Subsequent Events Purchase of Majority Interest in CAPNA On May 2, 2016, we acquired an 80% ownership interest in Companion Animal Practices, North America (CAPNA) for approximately $344 million. CAPNA, founded in 2010, is located in Las Vegas, Nevada and operates a network of 56 free standing animal hospitals in 18 states. During April 2016, we borrowed $345 million from our revolving credit facility to fund the CAPNA acquisition.
