Short-term Borrowings	NOTE 3 – Short-term Borrowings At February 29, 2012, unsecured short-term borrowings consisted of $494 million of commercial paper and $44 million of euro-denominated bank loans with an aggregate weighted-average interest rate of 0.5%.
