Impairment	NOTE 9 – Impairment During the three months ended August 31, 2011, we recorded a $13 million impairment charge as a result of the sale of the 754-passenger capacity Costa Marina, which is expected to leave the fleet in November 2011. This impairment charge is included in other ship operating expenses in the accompanying Consolidated Statements of Income.
