On July 13, 2007, Mr. Sean Deson resigned as a director of Broadcaster, Inc. One day earlier, he resigned as a managing director of Baytree Capital Associates, LLC. Baytree is controlled by Mr. Michael Gardner, one of Broadcaster’s principal shareholders.
