Item 2.02.    Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On November 1, 2016, Capstone Companies, Inc., a Florida corporation, (the "Company"), issued a press release announcing an upcoming webcast and conference call to discuss the operating and financial results for the fiscal quarter for the three months ended September 30, 2016.  The Company anticipates filing its Form 10-Q Quarterly Report for the fiscal quarter ended on September 30, 2016, with the Commission on or before November 14, 2016.

The webcast and conference call will be held on Tuesday, November 15, 2016, at 10:30 a.m., Eastern Standard Time. The telephone for the webcast/conference call is (201) 689-8562 and the internet webcast link is available at: www.capstonecompaniesinc.com

A copy of the November 1, 2016 press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K. The Company will hold a webcast and conference call at 10:30 a.m., Eastern Standard Time, on Tuesday, November 15, 2016, to discuss operating and financial results for the three months ending September 30, 2016.  Those results will be released after the close of financial markets on November 14, 2016. DEERFIELD BEACH, FL, November 1, 2016 – Capstone Companies, Inc.
