On August 27, 2014 Lifeway Foods, Inc. (the "Company") was informed by Gustavo Carlos Valle that he is resigning as a member of the Board of Directors of the Company effective as of the appointment of a new Stockholder Nominee (as defined in that certain Stockholders’ Agreement among the Company, Danone Foods, Inc.
