On April 10, 2023, Ebix, Inc. issued a press release announcing that its Indian subsidiary, EbixCash Limited, had received the final observation letter/clearance from the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) for its proposed initial Public Offering and that EbixCash would be working with its advisors on the future actions necessary for the listing of EbixCash on the National Stock Exchange of India and the Bombay Stock Exchange. A copy of the press release is being filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference in its entirety.

EbixCash Receives SEBI Clearance
Noida and Johns Creek – April 10, 2023 – EbixCash Limited, a subsidiary of Ebix, Inc. (NASDAQ: EBIX), a leading international supplier of On-Demand software and E-commerce services to the insurance, financial, healthcare and e-learning industries, today announced that it has received the final observation letter/clearance from the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) for its proposed initial Public Offering (IPO). EbixCash will now be working with its advisors on the next steps leading to the listing of EbixCash on NSE and BSE.
